Robert completed 20 Projects, not 19.

The final completed Project was Project 21: Paintings Painted Blind - On The Theme Of Tobit, but it was the twentieth actually complete at the time of his death. That's because Project 20, Addictive Behaviour, had not been exhibited in full and, in Robert's mind at least, was not complete. Not unusual in any sense for his Project designations to be not quite chronological.

So, if you must use a a 'Project' designation, it would have to be No. 22... and hope nobody calls you on the 'projected' Projects that 555 has mentioned.

However, let me be the first to call you on the fact that titling your book "Project #" seems presumptuous and more than a bit naff. What's wrong with "Remembering Robert"?

....No, "Remembering Robert" sounds a bit 'chocolate box'...sounds a bit like one of those local books on a certain village in bygone days, with pics of the local road junction, and a horse or two, and some local characters from pre-war times - you know that type of book that you get many of in Devon!! So a local-sounding title is not good.

How about a title with a bit of poignancy and weight, ie; "The Lenkiewicz Project", or "Lenkiewicz - a work in progress", etc..?

If even you regulars are in some dispute I guess i'll have to abandon the idea of having a number in the title. But the Lenkieiwcz Project has a ring to it, any other suggestions?

The Lenkiewicz Project still sounds pretty naff, Jojo. Sounds a bit too Justin Lee Collins and Alan Carr. Your book is ultimately a series of portraits, both those you take and those that Robert painted. Something more along the lines of Lenkiewicz Portrayed might be better and more in keeping what the book is about. That also ties in with your play, which is portraying Robert's life.

Justin Lee Collins?? How do you make that  connection - I wouldn't associate a name like "The Lenkiewicz Project" with two camp entertainers? The Lenkiewicz Book Project on this site sounds ok, so whats 'naff' about The Lenkiewicz Project?

Do you not watch TV? The Lenkiewicz Project sounds a bit too 'The Friday Night Project'; it sounds a bit too 'The Blair Witch Project'; it sounds a bit too 'The Big Art Project.' Do you get my drift? I don't personally think The Lenkiewicz Book Project is a particularly good title but then Dave wasn't soliciting for titles when he launched it.
